- Voting stickers or tokens

Instructions

1. Introduction: Explain the purpose of the activity. Discuss what "community impact" means and why it's important.
2. Group Discussion: Break members into small groups. Have them discuss what they think needs improvement in their community. Provide guiding questions, such as:
- Are there any local parks that need care?
- Do community members need food or clothing support?

3. Brainstorming Session: Give each group a large piece of paper and markers. Ask them to write down their ideas in bullet points.
4. Sharing Ideas: Bring everyone back together. Each group presents their list of needs to the larger group.
5. Vote on Priorities: Have members vote on which need they think is the most important to address.
